Peter Keller's track is about the Ryugyong Hotel, a hotel in Pyongyang for which construction began in 1987 but which was never finished. It now stands unfinished in the city, yet is the tallest building in Pyongyang. Really bizarre story & worth a read if you have time

Casper's side is about the Hwasong-15, an intercontinental ballistic missile that North Korea tested in late 2017 and which demonstrated the country's capacity to hit any place in the USA or Europe - therefore giving it ICBM capability, something the entire international community always saw as a red line & against which experts warned for years. The source material for the wall consists entirely of sound recordings of the launch of the Hwasong-15
